3J Rental Parang the website is owned by 3J Real Property Leasing, a small but strategically located family business in Parang in Maguindanao del Norte Province. The 3J in the rental property business name refers to the 3 children of the owners – Jayvee, Joyce and John.

About the Business Owners

Elena Juruena Dominguez grew up in Parang. She married Victor Emmanuel Lim Dominguez in 1992. She optionally retired from active public school teaching in the year 2015 to focus on other businesses she inherited from her parents.

Before the pandemic started, Madam Elena renovated one of the main buildings of her real estate business and registered it with DTI under the name 3J Real Property Leasing. Her husband Sir Victor is helping her out by handling the administrative /legal aspects of the business.
